The Oxford Africa Women Leadership Institute (OAWLI) is a non-profit organization committed to the advancement of African women in leadership roles, those in business and young girls.
Our mission is to provide technical, financial, networking, mentoring support services and access to markets to women leaders across Africa, helping to bridge the gender gap and create more opportunities for women to succeed in their businesses and careers.
